If you need to correct your account name or set up your support login, this guide provides clear step-by-step instructions tailored for IT operations teams, infrastructure engineers, and DevOps professionals using the Virtana Service Observability platform. Correcting Your Account Name

Follow these steps to update your account name accurately in the Virtana Service Observability support system:

  1. Log in to your Virtana Service Observability account using your current credentials.
  2. Navigate to the "Profile" or "Settings" section within your account dashboard.
  3. Edit the account name field to correct any spelling or formatting errors.
  4. Save the changes to update your account details in the system.

Setting Up Your Support Login

If you do not yet have a support login, please follow these steps to set one up:

  1. Contact Virtana Service Observability Support to request creation of your support login.
  2. Provide required details such as your full name and email address.
  3. Check your email for a verification link sent by Virtana Service Observability, and follow the instructions to verify your account.
  4. Set up your password using the link included in the welcome email.

Setting Up Your Download Access

If you need access to Software artifacts, first, request a support account and then follow the process to get your email verified. Only Verified users can be granted permission to the downloads portal. Once you have verified, you can reply to your Welcome Email, or create a new ticket with support and our Admins can complete provisioning.
