issue rpm qa | grep zenoss_impact

Including the exact name of the ZenPack will likely speed up the resolution process. For example: ZenPacks.zenoss.vSphere-3.1.0-py2.7.egg

Knowing the RPS level is likely to speed up resolution. On the Zenoss master RM server issue: "zenup status". Please record only the 3-digit number. If system is not patched enter 0 (zero).
