How to Subscribe to Zenoss KB Update Notifications

Summary

The Zenoss Help Center allows you to follow KB categories to receive email updates when new articles are posted. We post a KB for every new product release, including ZenPacks, so this is a great way to stay informed of new releases as well as any new technical KBs.   We recommend subscribing to all sections related to the products you have installed as well as General-Announcements.

Procedure

1. Access the Zenoss Support site at https://support.zenoss.com.
2. Log in.
3. Select a KB section, such as General.
4. Select a sub-section, such as Releases-ZenPacks.
5. Click the Follow drop-down arrow on the right and select New Articles. This enrolls you to receive email when there are changes posted to this section. You can select to follow any sections. To remove enrollment, click the Follow drop-down arrow and click the check mark.
